We are committed to handling your data responsibly and in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

- Payment information processed through Stripe via Payhip. We do not store or have access to your full card details — these are handled securely by our payment processors.

How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process your orders and deliver your digital products.
- Provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.
- Send you updates, content, or marketing emails where you have subscribed or purchased from us (you can unsubscribe at any time).

Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the basis of performing our contract with you (delivering products you purchase), your consent (for marketing emails), and our legitimate interests (operating and improving our business), as well as to comply with legal obligations.
Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate our business, including Payhip (product delivery and checkout), Stripe (payment processing), and Mailchimp (email marketing). These providers process your data on our behalf and have their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Analytics and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and basic analytics to operate the Site and understand general usage patterns. We may, in the future, introduce additional analytics or advertising technologies — such as Google Analytics, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, or the TikTok Pixel — to measure performance and improve our marketing. If and when such tools are implemented, this Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect them, and where required we will obtain your consent for non-essential cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Data Retention
We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including to provide you with access to products you have purchased, to comply with legal and accounting obligations, and to resolve disputes.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request correction or deletion, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@theredprofessor.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
